TOPIC: Reminder to all admins

We are not desperate for new Super Admins and will not promote any unless they are ready so don't expect us to accept a lot of new super admins just because it's 3 of us. If you truly wish to become a super admin try asking the LT for opinions and things to improve on instead of just applying every week and disregarding our comments and opinions.


Edit : after looking at this post i realised it looked like i was attacking / calling out those that are applying and/or want to apply , that is not the reason why i made this post , i made it just to make sure all admins know we won't accept people not qualified for the role just because "we need more super admins" they are always allowed and should apply for Super Admin if they want to

I wouldn't necessarily say they are disregarding comments and opinions, nothing is stopping them from applying every week nor should this post be made in recognition of the fact they are doing so. They can apply whenever they feel they are ready.

They should apply when they feel ready to. If they feel they're ready, or at least if they feel like they want to show to the Lead Team that they have an interest in the rank, then I do not see why anyone should stop them in any way shape or form.

So you are not desperate for any more Super Admins and you want the people that wish to apply to message you when everyone is capable of posting on their applications(which as a lead team member you are meant to do), pretty sure they don't just accept people because there is a lack of them either. The point of this post is beyond me.
