Recently, I have seen that TTT staff members are entirely focused on the number of reports that they have been doing, to the point where it is starting to seem like you think of it as a competition to be the "best" through your report count.
I am sure that other Lead Team members would agree on this, but we want you to be focusing on quality over quantity in your jobs.
Staffing is not a competition, and we have no requirement for you in regards to your report counts. So long as you are getting your 4 hour time requirement and doing reports to a high standard, then we are happy.
Of course, this does not mean that you should be slacking off and not doing reports at all, however please don't be too focused on the number of reports you are doing. Lead Team members do pay attention to what you are doing and how you are doing your job, we are not going to be chasing you up for not doing lots of reports when you're showing dedication and doing a good job on your reports.

Yes! Hope this clears some stuff out. Have been saying that to some people in the TTT channel.
Also, just clearing this out: When an LT member tell you your report count and you see that someone has 100 more reports than you do and you both are applying for Admin/Super Admin, that doesn't mean that he gets it and you don't. If you have 80 reports but fit perfectly to become a Lead Team member and another guy has 300 and is not fit for the position, you are the one who will get it.
We don't have a minimal requirement for reports.

What matters is to handle reports right, to make the server a fun place to play, and to show users how much we care about giving the best experience possible to everyone.
