TOPIC: Question about surf_omnific

I am currenlty playing the omnific map and it seems something is broken. I can not tell what stage, because there is no stage counter, but at 1:39 in the WR down below you see which stage I mean.

The boost you get should be enough to get you through the tunnels, but I hit my head all the time and can't get any further. Am I just not playing it right or is this really an error?

Omnific WR:

You have to hit it at the right angle and with enough speed. It's pretty much a ramp based on your "pre-strafe" before you jump down to hit it.

I always stop before the boost. Like a meter above by tapping s once and then it works totally fine

Due to the server gamemode settings the gravity is very low making you go higher that you normally would in surfing. Since that is a tier 6 map it isn’t ment to be on easy server settings. The reason for those who are wondering why the gravity is set so low is to make the surf server easier.

The maps on ZARP are just much easier in general because of the speed gain being insanely high, it's sort of like that on BHOP as well you just gain velocity too quickly. Can't tell if it's just Gmod though.
