So if im a PROP and hiding in a bathroom for example and the HUNTER tries to Enter the bathroom and open the door but when it opens i instantly close it and so on . Is that not allowed ?

Yes as whether a prop or a hunter, you're still intentionally doing so to either prevent someone from entering or leaving a room for either trollish reasons or in attempt to prolong your survival. Continued spam opening / closing of doors will often lead to punishment if you ignore the verbal given by any online staff and continue to do so even after being teleported.
