I know it is none of my business to get involved but I believe this situation was treated in the worst possible manner,
So, Timmy Turner was death and he went afk to go get himself some medicine to help his headache. He was then accused of Death Avoiding and warned, which lead him to be kicked out for too many warnings. A few people are saying that it is his fault for not going into spectators mode, but would you go into spectators mode if you had to get yourself a drink or go to the toilet? Because that is basically the same reason, I wouldn't go into spectators mode and I would be outraged if I then got punished for it. Another point someone made was that why didn't he just wait for the round to be over and do it on runners? But Timmy had been death at least 3 times already and if you have a headache and are looking at any screen, such as TV or computer, your headache usually gets a lot worse. Also, if you do it on death and you know you won't be gone long then you know you can put your faith on your team without worrying about whether you will die or not (for afk-against maps or anti kick for afk). I mean, I do understand that they didn't know what is going on and they did ask and he did explain, but why would you think someone would be lying about taking painkillers? There are plenty of excuses out there but I don't think Going to take painkillers hits the top 20. I also believe they could have dropped it at that and said, "Okay, we don't believe you, but because you have people backing you up (Ac!d) we will give you the benefit of the doubt". I think they should have gave a warning if they actually knew he did it and didn't have people backing him up and saying he did, because no one whom would be death avoiding would get people to agree with him about his fake story, especially if some of the people backing him up, and know what he is like didn't even know the story. I know this may seem a little extreme but I believe I needed to make a post about it. Regards |

Honestly I don't see why you'd want to stick up for him... What proof do you have of him going afk because he had a headache or he went to get something to stop it??
If he got kicked for too many warnings that means he broke too many rules which is again his fault. The spectator mode is there if you do not feel like playing or going afk or just watching others play so it is his fault for not going into spectator mode, there isn't an excuse for that. So he has a headache and yet he came back to his computer looked at his screen and saw he got warned so I don't really think what you've just said makes sense if he has came back to play. This is a dumbass excuse to be fair, why would he not notify an staff member who was on the server that he has to go afk? If I was still staff on Deathrun and someone had to go afk as death if it was important or they had to go I'd be alright with that as long as they told me. It's his own fault for lack of communication and breaking many rules that lead to his ban, there is no point in sticking up for him if you have 0 proof to back up what he claims happened. |

Unfortunately, you cannot do anything about this warning. He's more than welcome to appeal the warning but I don't think it can go far considering he's had multiple warnings (Probably from staff members who don't verbal warn).

Well, I do have proof because someone was talking to him, if I knew who it was they could take screenshots of conversation so would that be proof?
