TOPIC: Demotion of a Super Admin called Kostek

Reason: for a super admin, Kostek's language and temper is very poor, and when i mean poor i mean what you find on a 2 year old. Things he said were as follows:
"STFU and fuck off"
"Stop fucking with me"
"How bout stop fucking fucking pissssing me off" (although i wasnt -.-)

The rest of them, which I have photos of have been removed from him as he is so embarrassed from them. Also because we said that he could get into trouble he has actually stopped. Of course he knows he did something bad.

Your trying to demote Kostek since he raged? What exactly did you do to enrage him in the first place? I have known kostek since I joined zarp (Not very long) But from what I know he is very kind and will only get angry if someone starts it first, so like I asked before, what did you do?

From time to time, I've to deal with players that troll. A Super-Admin needs to learn his temper which frankly I have and it's a lot of fun to play with trolls until they cross the line and I get bored.

Skype chats are not really a valid form of evidence, nor is he really obligated to conduct himself properly in them. It's a third-party service.

Okay guys you and kostek have been having a bitching session lately. For one this isnt the first time this week that one of you have come to me with steam messages and saying you hate each other. Really you both need to sort it out and just delete each other off skype or something to prevent all this.

The funny thing is that I told kosher to
1. turn off steam
2. Just block me or delete me
3. Stop talking

Its a skype call and has no representation on zarp what so ever. Staff are humans to and are allowed to have feelings and options towards people and I wont restrict them from doing that. If you decide to play on the servers again and feel that your relationship with this player is cause you inherent harm please feel free to contact the team via the help tab.
