When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
I would use the ban command if someone was hacking (this would be permanent) or was repeatedly breaking several rules after being warned (the more rules they break repeatdly the longer the ban) e.g someone kept disrespecting and impersonating after being kicked and warned and muted/gagged multiple times I would permaban them.

Why I should be promoted
I should be promoted because I am trust worthy, responsible and active I have had enough time as moderator to go over the grey area of certain rules (reactivation in an area no ones in and gone past) I cant really put much more without repeating my mod app to much.
