I was acting wrong when i was disrespectfull to Sofia, im really sorry about what i did i hope that Sofia and DR members could forgive me about what hppend i can promise you it wont happen again. and Sofia again im very sorry.

Very professional way to apologise, maybe just talking to them privately would probably help too..
