i have played this sever alot and i was hoping to get vip or admin

Even if you play a lot you don't get VIP or Admin.

@ Admin: you will have to apply for moderator but the applications are closed so you can't.

@ VIP: Even if you play a lot you don't get VIP you have to purchase it for $20 ( £12)
