Hello I am [NPIG] MrOuldy [RkN] and I would like to be a mod on your servers.

Why I want to be Mod? I would like to help other Mod's on the server as today I found Manya'Jayne having some problems and grief by some players. I have been Mod on Jailbreak NPIGamers and I would like to help this one.

1.If there was a Mod abusing powers. What would you do? If I was a Mod then I would instanly take screenshots and contact the Owner.
2.If people were mic spamming. What would you do? I would mute them, then if they carry on I would kick them then if they rejoin and carry on I would make it a ban.
3.If someone was pressing the death buttons and destroying the game for everyone. What would you do? I would slay(Saly(A.K.A Manya'Jayne would get this) ) them then if they carry on it would result in a kick then ban. Of course after the warning.

How would you deal with a disrespectful players?If they were disrespecting, I would mute them/gag them then if it gets worse I would kick them until it ended up into a ban (Not for too long though).

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words).
