In order to create moderator application to our Deathrun server you have to use specially prepared template available here.

Second important thing is to create topic in this section.

During create of your topic you need to create special subject name which should look like :

Twix I have told you multiple times on the other posts not to tell people to create new topics but instead to get a global moderator to move it into the correct section. Please stop doing this as it is causing the forums to have multiple posts from the same people.
