How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
I would give them a mute. The time would be depending on how much they they have disrespected me or someone else, and if they had done it before.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words).
I should be chosen because I have a lot of experience with being a staff member on deathrun. I am staff on 2 other deathrun servers and I have never abused my abilities and I am very mature for my age. I also have very good knowledge on dealing with players that are mean to others or me, and if they are not obeying the rules.

I spent some time in an allied faction with Smoggy on a separate Minecraft server (roughly a year?)

Anyway, from my experience he's a mature, dedicated, loyal and vibrant person who I would be happy to give my full support.
