How would you deal with a disrespectful player? To start with 1 or 2 warnings then a kick then a ban, it really depends on what the person has done. e.g disrespecting other players, a mute and gag or about 5-10min

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words). i think i should be chosen because i could help new players and to them rules keep order in the server get to know players better and i am a nice person to talk to i can be on about 3-2 hours a day on the server i know some commands
