How would you deal with a disrespectful player? To start with 1 or 2 warnings then a kick then a ban, it really depends on what the person has done. e.g disrespecting other players, a mute and gag or about 5-10min

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words). I have plenty of admin experience even though im applying for mod xD i've got 5 months of death run admin 3 months zombie survival admin and 2ish months TTT admin, so basically pretty experienced. I get along with other players very well talking to silent zero getting to know him and recognising familiar players on the server. I have some ideas for the server like a velocity bar/ meter for Bhopping.
