Deathrun (the gamemode) as a whole isn’t particularly popular anymore. Garry’s Mod still has players but Deathrun is suffering, you only need to look at the server browser to see that

ZARP specifically is a different ball game; people might have left due to not liking previous staff or owners, can’t know for sure
