U added a rule over racism in web taunt although it was already a thing but it also said don't use any disruptive ones and in brackets it says this is not limited to loud or high pitched ones

So I'm genuinely asking are ear rapes allowed or not as this makes no sense because ear rapes are simply just louder versions of the original and if the rule states that the rule doesn't effect loud taunts I'm assuming they are allowed please correct me if I'm wrong

If I'd have to guess I'd say disruptive means repeatedly using the same taunt over and over again.

They are allowed to some extent. Disruptive means to the point where it is harming other users or disrupting their game. Basically, they are allowed, but if you are asked to stop, do it excessively or people complain, then you can be punished.
This rule allows you to mess about to some extent, however still stops you from ruining the game or harming others.
