TOPIC: I've never understood this about S3

Even with a ryzen 1700x octa core oc'd to 3.9 ghz, and a GTX 1080, I only get around 30-35 fps when looking at the spawn fountain from any distance, that area. Whats the difference between that, and every other place on the map (including looking directly next to that) and getting 200 fps? Is it some type of memory leak? Just curious.

gmod machine broke

Map is shit itself, it renders many many things you do not need in the spawn area (pretty much the building.)

because gmod is older than you so dont expect good performance
