When I say it nobody cares, when you say it "you're a god" First people need to realise I made this topic to warn the SSRP staff members that changes are coming in a hard way. Second is that we do care about other opinions about the staff team so don't feel ignored by us. |

From a previous owner to someone who wants to be a successful Lead Team Member,
This post disgusts me. The fact that you call out your whole staff team when something isn't going right shows you're not right for the position. The point of a lead team member is to lead your team to success in what they want to do. You're leading them into the battle, you're training the people you're meant to lead. If this is an issue with the whole team then it's your fault for not leading them correctly. When a whole football team does bad, they don't change the players, they change the coach. In a book about leadership I read, "Everyone has influence, what determines a leader between a normal person, is how well they can lead other individuals" If this is how you address issues, not only are you not showing the team YOU'RE supposed to LEAD, but you're not showing respect to the other leaders because you're saying they're not doing what they're supposed to. If you really thought this needed to be addressed, then you should have brought it up in the meeting. Not embarrass YOUR team. If this is how you handle all of the issues then it's clear to me that it's not the players on your team. I hope you take this to be helpful, and not slanderous because I've seen one community fail, and I don't need to see another. If you take this as advice, good but if you have to try to call me out then I don't think a leadership position is what you need, because you obviously can't accept when you're wrong. |

I am laughing my ass of right now. This thread is meant to give them a heads up about something that is in the works already. In no way this thread is meant to embarrass my god Damn staff team. |

I second this, if the staff team are lacking in what they were trained to do, why should they be around? If the staff team truly want to show dedication to the server(s) then they should follow their training and do so, not slack off. This new F1 thing should be a great wake-up call for the staff members, if they don't wake up then it's their loss and clearly they disregard the fact they were chosen for a reason. |

@Ace
Jose's comment is the one post in this whole thread that I can 100% stand behind. You're completely ignoring everything that the Lead Team has done by saying "I'll fix this shit" without even knowing what has actually been happening. By making this post, you aren't just indirectly disrespecting your staff TEAM (and it isn't really teamwork when you're saying everyone else did shit) but you're also making the SSRP Lead Team look weak. You're literally giving the users "confirmation" that the SSRP Lead Team does fuck all, when you yourself don't even know what they've been doing. It's an extremely disrespectful thing to do and not at all what would be expected of a Head Admin. I do still love you though pls don't hate me now thanks |
