Just seen this, Ace I don't know where you have been but we've already set things in motion. Not sure if you've been paying attention in the lead team meeting recently but shits changing. I would also like to add we still have many staff that do an excellent job and would probably feel very disheartened by some of the posts in this thread. Truth is subjective. A complete dismissal of all work because of a failure to notice it is uncalled for. People need to "grow up" if they think assuming the majority of staff are lazy and negligent is a "true post."

Staff are almost always given second chances via the official warning system. Similarily, demote requests in Lead Team meetings are treated on a case-to-case basis. If a staff member said something bad and the report of that happening got accepted then demoting them instantly would be rather excessive. Heck, in such cases (as long as it only happens once) they usually don't even get brought up.

You knew i was on vacation mate. Good that you guys are changing it but never saw a topic like this one to alert ALL the staff members we are getting more strict and are done with the things like f1's. This is just a topic to make sure they have seen it and understand why. (I also had a few beers last night)

Viking, thats why im here. The time i was staff member (9 months 3 weeks) Ive mostly just done f1s, and done forum/admin work. And people know that, 95% of the time i dont roleplay, but help out the server, no wonder my f1 count was at least 500 a week

It's awesome you've done so many F1s but that's not the point. The staff team should be just that, a team. We shouldn't be depending on a few people to do all the reports, we should all be contributing because that's the job everyone applied to do.

i don't think making hitman jerry an sa would be a good idea. He was rather racist lately.
Blocked is a very decent guy and used to be a great SA back when he was SA
Nexize i don't really know him that well so ill stay neutral on that one .

Chummy would make a great Head admin indeed.
