TOPIC: I made an unban request and this happened

OK so i made other unban request for my other accounts and i was told to make one for my main before my alt but i make one and literally 50 minutes after hamzah denies it because i didnt apologize for ban evading but he wasnt even the moderator of my other appeals or let me respond he just closed it how is this fair? and heres the gyazo of the fair and just moderator
