When you stay up all night hoping to get a great item for cheap like the minigun 2.0 but you get nerve gas instead

I wrote in the "we'll bring back the rare shop" thread about this. It should be someone active and price knowledgeble putting up the prices. Yesterday scan master was for 300m. I don't think it should be for 10m, but it should be at least for their normal price, not overpriced.
