Story: Crashed with a medi shield, it glitched out and didn't go back to my inventory, just sat there now doing nothing, glitched out, doesn't make printers impervious, doesn't heal. Can't collect it. If the proof added isn't enough, you can ask Cudii, DJ Wells, Fred Wroolie, Lorre, and Tadgee whether or not I had a medi shield down. I know witnesses don't really count, but I did actually place this.

It is indeed bugged but you can't see your name unfortunately

This usually happens with medic shields, whenever you disconnect rather than disappearing it just stays around.
You did say you yourself crashed so its unlikely you'll be refunded, but if it is a valid reason to refund, you'll need proof it was in fact yours
