I raided the bank and I only received the money not cases

Sooo umm cases spawn in the bank and don't go directly to your inventory..

You have to pick the cases up manually, some people may get the cases and some may not. It is not random, just whoever has been paying attention to the bank raid timer.

They drop in the vault, If you don't pick them up then sorry can't do anything.
