I completely agree, there is a whole group of gangsters that just constantly bother regular players because they know they can get away with it either by being sneaky or being close with the staff members. None of the current staff members do any investigation and if they didn't see it happen nothing will be done because "logs and screenshots" aren't proof. I've never seen a server this large with staff members that put this little of effort into investigating anything.
