Because there rare then like 1-2 people posted them at 300m, now every thinks that their price and either sell it that high or wont sell at all because they want to to keep it or hoping it will go up more. It could also have to do with the influx of cash during events which rises most useful items. Supply/demand also plays a huge role with nano suits as the supply is dropping because its a no longer obtainable item but people want it badly so the price sky rockets. These factors give its new price. (imo it should be around same place or just under scanmasters price)
