TOPIC: Car textures bugging

I've had this since the day one, i have tried reinstalling every zarp addon for like 5-10 times, verified my game cache about 3 times, looked up everywhere but no one else seem to have this problem, some of the cars look just fine, but some look just like this one http://imgur.com/a/KheIJ. How do i fix this?

Put your texture quality to high.

I don't see anything wrong here?
