TOPIC: please help

I just made a base with me and my friends and we all put up printers with the only money we have (yes , were poor). A guy called 'Glossaryck' was above our room and we went up. we went to him then he rdmed both of my friends. I managed to kill him. He broke nlr and then killed me and destroyed our printers. We all now have basically 0 money. Ive been waiting about 10 mins for any staff to come and im making this post while still waiting. Can we please get some staff online and can this guy be punished. Maybe i could get my money back Please come fast, mass rdm at spawn.

im on zarp 1 , we did not own the whole building, only 1 room under ground, he was not basing there

mod was there and i asked him to take me to a roof and he told me to make an f1 request and then ignored me and telepoted away. ive made 5 f1 requests now in 30 mins. nothing
