Yo, I bought 10 boosterpacks and the cases kinda bugged I think? Didn't get any of the new ones. I got the standard weapon cases and blueprint cases and the gems. Only didn't get the new magic cases. Hi TheAp4ch3 ,
We are very sorry for this problem. We have now resolved this issue, and the 10 Magik Box items have now been added to your inventory. You will need to re-connect to the server in order to see these items in game. This should not have happened and as a goodwill gesture we have added a free Booster Pack to your account which you will be able to redeem upon re-connecting.
