Please be honest about how you think I act towards this community.

This time, the staff team have decided that you still need to work on your application and then apply again next week. To try and help you they have summarised some positives & negatives discussed during the meeting:
Can be immature at times.

After reading this I thought I wanted your opinion on how you think I am and how I act.

This is mainly because if the majority of the team stated I was "Immature at times" I would like to know if everyone thinks that I am Immature since I personally think I'm not always Immature since everyone likes having a joke around? Literally every staff member has a joke around and has some fun sometimes ( While not breaking rules )

Just comment what you think about me and my actions?
