I decided to go on a diet ,I realized that I became overweight and I'll soon have a problem with diabeties a serious problem since I stay inside most of the day .I'm trying to stay healthy I don't drink, smoke or do drugs. I started with going up the stairs and down 20 times ( I have a 2 story house) 10 times each with quick break without sitting I'll follow this daily for a year once I start seeing some serious changes I'll give away my entire inventory I have some really expensive items from scan master ,player upgrades , hand cannon portable emp t hammer, slams and more

if you need any help or advise on weight loss i have lost nearly 15 kilos so far which is around 33 pounds?
