If you holster something before being arrested ( Like 2 seconds ) You lose it?

Just lost 2 Emps because of this xD.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I've never experienced this, maybe you thought you holstered it but it didn't register, this could happen due to your latency for example.

You were arrested before you could holster most likely.
