TOPIC: Donation Package not Received

Hello ZarpGamers!
I just bought a VIP Package and 10 Booster Packs (20 because the action).
Well, i talked to a guy Called Zoom(Admin) but he couldn't help me either, so he told me to make a Post right here.
So, yeah heres some Proof of my Donation:

Have you linked your steam account to your forum account?

I did reconnect like 5 times

everythin k is linked!

ok press f4 in game and go to the donate tab does it say vip is active and that you have purchased boosters?

It says nothing there, it also doesent show on forums idk why!

So when you click booster packs in the donate tab it takes you to steam?

Why does it say August 19'th when you purchased it?

i bought it a few days ago, but i couldn't make it to join the server since i had problems with gmod,.. it was crashing all the time
