TOPIC: Trying to explain Jacobs warning

I want you to understand why i gave you a warning since you never listened to me during a sit and all your "proof" was cut and you never showed me trying to explain to you why you have been warned.
The sit started by you and the person accusing you of false demote by telling me what happened. he told me that you had demoted him for no agenda but he told me that he had one. i brought you and you started by saying that he didn't have a agenda and thats why you demoted him, the other lad then told me that he had everything recorded and told me that he started to upload it. thats when you started to change your story
and i asked you why you demoted him and you said this

i noticed you had changed your story since the other person might have had proof.
when the person accusing you had told you that the video was corrupt, but i knew you were lying since you changed your story after he told me he had proof. at first i decided not to warn you but you went on with a bad attitude and calling me a noob admin so i decided to warn you, and tried explaining why i warned you. you kept telling me to remove the warning since i had no proof but you lied during the sit and changed your story, seen in the screenshot you said that he demoted you and raided you and thats why you demoted him which is a false demote

You asked me why I had a big gun as a citizen, that is what I answered in that screenshot.
I never changed my story, I said from the start that I demoted him for " No agenda ", it even said so in the demote I made to him. You had no proof of my demote being false, therefore my point still stands, it was a invalid warn. You clearly warned me out of anger, because I called you a noob admin.
The reason I called you noob admin, was because you handled the sit very poorly.

If you check out the video I just posted, you will see that your story is false, and you warned me for no reason. Not only that, but you also lied, manipulated your way to get me warned.
You take what I wrote, and twist it around, completely taking it out of context. In this video, you can clearly see that we were talking about the event where I had a big as a citizen.
In the video I explain, that I killed them because they raided me. I never said that I demoted them because they raided me.

You even say in the video, that citizens cant base, that should be a rule almost everyone knows...

People forget. But it pisses me off, that when I try to make a unwarn request, with valid proof. It gets denied for invalid/personal reasons. And they dont actual deny because of no proof, they deny for other reasons.

This is clearly a false warning because 0 proof was provided , you can't warn him because he changed his story? You have no proof so how do you know he is lying or telling the truth , from the video we can tell that the screenshot you gave wasn't even in the same context. Stop trying to validate your warning because it's false.

To be honest it was very dissapointing seing the head of staff team denying the dispute for the reason that he called someone out.

1. I said that Zarp only has users that are under the age of 13

3. denied without reason
4. Topic got removed

They got denied for me " Crossing the line ". But they did not get denied for having no proof.

The warn appeals were denied because of reasons that were not relevant to the warning. If you look at the previous warn appeals you can see that the reason it was denied had absolutely NOTHING to do with the actual warning.
