I used to go by bagelmesideways years ago and I would really enjoy being banker at the time and make bases on block42 that are no longer even remotely allowed. for two days morgan wanted to get in and I only assumed it was to raid so me and my friends would place hits on him to make him leave then again immidietly as he spawned which caused mild frusteration so he made a suggestion and had it changed

also since your reading this if anyone can find that video of when I used to have act_robot bound to move forward and people thought I was hacking when I raided them so they recorded it and you can send it to me that would be great I want that to be my sig

I honestly think that there is a hit timer because they don't want many people placing hits on someone over and over because that will result in making the player leave because it'll ruin their RP so to be completely honest, I think the hit timer is a great thing!
