TOPIC: So This Just Happend

i come on a sever and i guy didnt have a building sign up and raidet him but he was still building and i got warned for rdm and loopholiing i mean wtf it makes no sence to warn someone that is raiding a guy that has no building sign just wow and that was a false warn i have read the rules multible times and it saysif a player has no building sign you can raid him or if he has it up you cant this is bullshit
