TOPIC: [SSRP] Server 3 freeze?

So recently my game when i join SERVER 3 wants to freeze (on both pc and laptop) I admit my laptop is shitty but my pc is extremely good!

This has never happend with my PC so any help?

BTW my gmod has not got to the stage when it says "Not Responding" So its not a crash i think!

Can you interact with gmod (Like look in console etc.) or is it just you cant interact on the server? (Like press the f1 or f1 menu etc)

Its frozen.I cannot do anything with it.Nothing registers and the only way to close it is from task manager.
