TOPIC: [SSRP] Is this allowed?

SO walter white placed like 6 c4s around the map and me and many others were exploded.

When i made an f1 about it he said its allowed to place c4s anywhere and explode people because its rp except for in spawn.

He said chute uk told him this.

Is this allowed?

Definitely not allowed, i'll ask Chute and see if this is what was actually stated.
