When you spawn go out the doors then take a left and another left. Follow that road until you find a hill. Go up the road and at the top of the hill straight across on the other side of the tree line are orangeish apartments there should be 2-3 buildings and somewhere behind that the drug dealer I'd there. If you have any questions just add me on steam and I'll show you personally tommorow or Sunday when I have access to computer.
