As i mention before this guy demoting miners when the job is full, so they can take their place. The demotion system is broke and 90% of the time being abused to steal peoples jobs the other 10% when no staff member being online demoting rulebreakers

I also agree, the demote system is terrible and useless, It should be deleted and have you to call a staff member for someone to be demoted from their job if there is a proper reason.
