i crash evry 1houre / 3 to 4 time idk why i tryed find out but last time i crasshed i found this mesage

I would take a guess and assume you might be low on memory? Just a thought...

You are playing games on a MAC?

As walter said try to reinstall your game or try to stay there until it crashes if you get lua errors too try to check console why is this there. Try to clear some files that you don't need at the disc where Gmod is.
