TOPIC: Losing my diamond pick

So i was afk`ing in the mine and mining when i suddenly come back i see i got kicked, why did i get kicked? i wasnt even there and now i lost my diamond pickaxe

It should state in the menu when you come back who kicked you and for the reason, if it doesn't try opening your console and viewing the reason there.

38.4 You're not allowed to block or build directly around the mining entities *ROCK, GOLD or RUBY*. As i said, i made a small area not the whole thing

You were afk and breaking rules 8.2 and 8.3. You have been here for more then enough time to know that what you were doing wasn't allowed. Next time don't break rules and go AFK.
