TOPIC: Cant collect donation box money

So today i got a huge donation which was around 600k and i could not collect the money. Someone told me that just a priest can collect the money which is a vip job, Which doesnt make sence. Why can i place a donation box to get my hopes and when i do get a huge donation i cant collect it and the one donating just lost his money so i can enjoy them, but i cant collect them. I was another box with 3 million in it and he cant probably not collect it either.
