Looking at the time that the outcome for your application was posted you can see that it was already denied at the time where I warned you. Regardless we don't overlook rule breaks simply because you're applying for staff. Doing so would be unethical, if anything it's of even more importance that people that are applying for a staff rank are given a warning for faults in their actions as those warnings stand as proof when it comes to their application for staff. We don't want to accept people that can't follow the server rules and in this case you failed to follow the rules. The nuke doesn't exclude you from the NLR rule unless you're a cop and you broke NLR twice returning to the base that you died outside with you attempting to run into it again. There are no excuses for breaking these rules as you would've known what you did wrong had you read the rules as we expect of everyone.
