TOPIC: admins have no idea what they are doing

This random guy tries to rdm everyone at spawn with a grenade, so i killed him with a sniper. I was then warned for having a big gun as a shop owner (by Not Darth #DemoteDarth). I then left the sit and proceeded to drop the sniper and put it in my inventory. A different mod (Rasmus) saw the sniper, and teleported me away to a roof. Before I could explain that I had already been warned for that, he warned me again, causing me to be kicked. I'm really tired of getting warned without an admin sit.

To be honest you shouldn't complain.
You did break rules. Ofcourse you're right they should have listened to you but I honestly think the punishment is just right.

You don't stop rulebreakers by breaking rules, means you don't kill someone RDM'ing in spawn - You do an F1 and wait for Staff to handle it.

You don't use big weapons as a class which doesn't allow carrying big weapons.
And on top of that you don't leave in an Admin sit and rejoin right after to avoid getting punished.

Note: reading your text doesn't make clear If you left the first admin sit on purpose or the admin sit finished.
but it doesn't really matter tho.

You broke the rules so to be honest I would have warned you twice in the first sit for having a big gun as a shop owner and random death match for killing the the rule breaker. You then proceeded to drop a big gun on the floor instead of just doing /holster in a private place so you didn't disrupt the RP. You should have just let the guy kill you with the grenade, done and F1 and got him warned instead of taking the matters into your own hands,

You have no one to blame but yourself for being warned; next time you might want to do /rules.

JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE IS BREAKING THE RULES THAT DOESN'T GIVE YOU THE AUTHORITY TO BREAKING RULES YOURSELF.
