You all already know. Its absolutely insane you guys actually voted to remove it. I was rping as a referee and some citizen comes up to me, sets a hit on me, goes hitman and kills me. People can go cops all of a sudden in a base and arrest everyone if they feel like it. Fix the rule, dont just remove it.
Well I personally enjoy the game much more without the rule it allows me to do what I want when I want. I do see that it might be a good idea to add it back to cops and hitmen ONLY.
It was stupid that you guys removed the rule in the first place, the only reason I saw you guys removing the rule was because people couldn't understand the rule and it's boundaries.
Add it back, and edit key aspects.
For example:
Changing to a job, completing a task, and changing back for your own benefit within a duration of 3 minutes is against the rules. This would stop people putting hits on people, changing to hitman and killing them, and changing back.
The rule removal seemed good at the time, but as many have pointed out, we have an issue. The rule needs to return in some form that stops the issues that have been arising. I believe we should add something that is similar to what Stratiic has said which just stops changing jobs to gain an rp advantage over other players, thus reducing most of the afore mentioned scenarios

The rule obviously needs reworking, myself and others will be bringing this up on Saturday to hopefully get the rule clarified and make it easier to understand.
