Basically most gangs have a TS or skype. But let's be honest skype is bad, and TS can cost you. I'd suggest discord It's entirely free, works on IOS, Android, Linux, Mac, Windows. Allows you to setup your own severs with text and voice channels. I know but compared to this, TS as a solution is not that great.
Even when it is free they usually force banner ads or severely limit your user count.
Ontop of that they don't offer any protection from DDoS and it takes more time to create a TS server then a discord one

This is a fair point, as we sometimes have issues with our server being DDos'ed,

Soxey im on board with this been using Discord for a little i instantly got a server up before i even downloaded the client for the app, And not to mention its so easy and clean designed at first its a bit odd but after a few minutes of messing around got it all set up working well with PTS and Not to mention the Voice that comes through is SO Clear compared to TS but maybe that is just me and from what i know the server's stay up forever and has no limit, Might be wrong on the last part their but i have seen nothing to say otherwise from Discord itself.
