My triple boosted black printer was lost because my gmod crashed. This cost me 14mil (All off my money) And I would really appreciate it if I could get a refund

Well since your gmod crashed it wont be refunded as the problem was on your side and not the server, it will only be refunded if someone is nice enough to give you out of their own pocket. You can try asking in game.
