Make an f1 if staff don't come then take screen shots of the props and phys gun the props to show his name then take screen shots of it then get his name go into tab menu and take a screen shot of his info in tab menu so they can ban him,
All you would have to do is go into report abuse section on forums and follow the tamplate and make a ban request and they will ban him for prop blocking spawn

True. I was AFK but as soon as I noticed some lag, I've kicked the person & a ban from Deathrazor
