TOPIC: Refund

I basically lost my Dia Pickaxe and I would like to get refunded for it.

In the video you see that I have more than 100 HP. This was due to the fact that I was mod. I forgot to tell you guys that if this didn't occur, I would've called an SA to reset my HP to 100

If the server crashed then you would be able to restore it by typing /restore all. If you crashed then they won't refund unfortunately. I'm sure if you ask around someone would be nice enough to sell you one for a decent price or even give you one.

If you watch the video, you can see that I've gone through the chat, and it never said "/restore all"
Second of all, A LOT of users have the same problem, I just assume they don't have dem sexy records like me!
