TOPIC: Mining Slots

(Just a disclaimer this is from my experiences on the second server, not the first.)
Greatings fellow players and staff.
Today I come extending my two cents after experiencing the server for the first time and the biggest issue I have, for many reasons, is the mining job cap. Before I begin I will tell those who do not want to read this entire article, either give VIP's their own miner rank separate from the normal users, or increase the miner cap to something of a more reasonable ratio to the server cap, such as 8-12.
Currently, the cap for the mining job is set at 4 to my knowledge. and the average player base has been from 70-90 except for a few rare occasions. Since I joined the server when it was completely capped at 90 players, and the job cap is 4, that would mean that around 4% of the server could use the miner job at any given time, the most productive, useful, and nessessary job on the server. Or that would be the case, were it not for a serious issue regarding how VIP works.
I'm just going to say right now, nobody likes a p2w server. nobody. P2W seriously damages the player retention aspect of the server. And the fact that VIP's completely override this tiny limit for the miners means I regularly see the miner limit 3 or even 4 times the theoretical maximum is simply ridiculous. Allow me to explain how it would seriously behoove you to keep VIP's from ruining this system.
So who buys VIP? Players who want to stay on the server. And who wants to stay on the server? Players who can make money and spend it. Currently, if you want to get anywhere in the server, you have to buy VIP, and that only discourages potential VIP buyers from coming back to the server. If this is a serious concern to you about losing profits then why not just add more ways to donate? Such as a pointshop and sell large quantities of points for 5-10 dollars, or sell a la carte money for set amounts of money. Currently you simply aren't employing the full potential of non P2W donation options.

ZARP is not even close to P2W, I know plenty of players without VIP that have managed to make more money than VIP's. If it was pay to win, we'd make it so you'd have to actually have VIP to become a miner, but the fact is anyone can use the job.

I was non vip for a long time and didn't have any issues.

Also people who are VIP only mainly take up miner, gangster and Master thief so you should be fine just spend some time building till a placement opens up.

VIP and booster packs and all that stuff does give you benefits that's true.
But you can just be as succesfull without buying them, it just takes more time, like in every other game.
get online earlier to save a miner spot for yourself, buy vip or trade the job with someone.

If you think about it, vip and these packs keep the server alive that everyone loves to play on.
